Jenelle Richards

Jenelle Richards is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in recruitment and staffing. Currently serving as a Human Resources Analyst II at the County of York since October 2020, Jenelle has progressed through various roles, including a Human Resources Technician at Newport News Public Schools and a Human Resources Specialist at the Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board. Prior experience includes a position as a Human Resources Manager at Kmart Stores. Jenelle holds two Associate of Science degrees in Business Administration and Management, and Social Sciences from Thomas Nelson Community College, earned between 2004 and 2014.
