Shaun Brady is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Serving as Executive Chef and Owner at Brady's and Bradys Public House since June 2017, Shaun also holds the position of Corporate Executive Chef at Coury Hospitality since July 2015. Additionally, Shaun has been the Executive Chef at the Ambassador Hotel Collection in Kansas City since June 2013. Prior to these roles, Shaun served as Executive Sous Chef at Gibsons Restaurant Group from August 2011 to June 2013, and at McCormick & Schmick's Seafood Restaurant from May 2007 to August 2011. Shaun's culinary education includes studies at the Dublin Institute of Technology from 1998 to 2001 and at CBS Nenagh.
