Meredith Wilde is a highly experienced culinary professional with a strong background in food and beverage management. Currently serving as Corporate Executive Chef and Regional Director of Food and Beverage at Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC. since November 2020, Meredith has previously held the position of Executive Chef at Chicago Marriott Northwest for nearly a decade. Additional roles include Director of Food & Beverage at HEI Hotels & Resorts, Executive Chef at Winegardner & Hammons, and Culinary Arts Instructor at Hocking College. With a career that began in 2003, Meredith has developed expertise in various culinary capacities, including Sous Chef and Executive Sous Chef. Educational credentials include an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts & Hospitality Management from The Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago-Le Cordon Bleu.
