Jim Hamilton

Senior Manager, Customer Services at Covalent

Jim Hamilton has a diverse work experience history. Jim started their career at Covalent in 2020 as an Implementation Specialist and later became a Senior Implementation Lead. In 2022, they transitioned to the role of Implementation Manager before ultimately becoming a Senior Manager of Customer Services in 2023. Prior to joining Covalent, Jim worked at Eze Software Group as an Engagement Specialist from 2017 to 2020. Jim also had a previous role as an Analyst at Eze Software Group from 2015 to 2016.
