Anusha Nagabandi

Anusha Nagabandi has a strong background in research, engineering, and instructing. Anusha started their career as an Intern at Carnegie Mellon University's Robotics Institute in 2012. Anusha then worked as an Engineering Learning Assistant and a Research Assistant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign from 2012 to 2014. In 2014, Anusha interned at Texas Instruments as a Product Engineering Intern and at MIT Lincoln Laboratory as a Control Systems Engineering Intern. Anusha later joined the University of California, Berkeley as a PHD student and worked there until 2020. During this time, they also served as an Engineering Intern at Carnegie Robotics LLC. In 2018, Anusha interned at Google AI as a Research Intern and eventually joined Covariant in 2020 as a Research Scientist.

Anusha Nagabandi completed their Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2011 to 2015. Anusha then pursued their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley, from 2015 to 2019.
