Jay Prince

Jay Prince has an extensive work experience spanning over two decades in various senior leadership positions in the healthcare industry. Jay'smost recent role was as the Senior Vice President for Community Operations at Covenant Living Communities and Services. Jay held this position from July 2023 to the present. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Executive Officer at Connected, LLC from June 2016 to July 2023. From August 2013 to July 2023, Jay Prince was the President & CEO of Heritage Community of Kalamazoo. Jay also served as the Executive Director at Lutheran Social Services of Michigan from October 2011 to August 2013 and as an Administrator at Life Care Services from October 2006 to October 2011.

Jay Prince attended Concordia College from 2002 to 2006, receiving a degree in Healthcare Administration. During their time at the college, they focused on the fields of Long-term Care Administration and Hospital Administration.
