Becky Orton

Becky Orton (Assoc CIPD L7) serves as a Senior People Advisor at Coventry Building Society since February 2022, supporting approximately 650 stakeholders in Change, IT & Legal. Prior to this, Becky held various positions at Coventry University from May 2018 to February 2022, including People Advisor and People Assistant, where responsibilities encompassed employee welfare, performance management, and training. Becky's career began with roles such as Recruitment Administrator at the Royal Shakespeare Company and Human Resources Administrator at Warwick Castle, with foundational experience as a Human Resources Intern at Capital One. Educational achievements include a Level 7 Advanced Certificate and Level 5 Intermediate Certificate in Human Resources from CIPD, along with a BA (Hons) in Business Management & Human Resources from Keele University. Additionally, Becky chairs the Rainbow Network, showcasing a commitment to inclusivity and employee engagement.
