Phil Olson

Phil Olson has a diverse work experience in the insurance and education sectors. Phil served as the Director of Agency Operations at Covered Insurance-Digital Insurance Marketplace from 2023. Prior to that, they held various roles at Kemper from 2016 to 2023, including Operations Director, Operations Manager, and Call Center Manager. Before that, they worked at Career Education Corporation as the Vice President of Financial Aid from 2012 to 2015, and at American InterContinental University and AIU Online as Director of Financial Aid and Assistant Director of Financial Aid respectively. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in operations management, staff leadership, and financial aid administration.

Phil Olson earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Northern Illinois University, completing their studies from 1998 to 2003.
