Dimitri Nadeschdin has a diverse work experience. Dimitri started as an intern in audio engineering and music production at Musik- und Medienproduktion Dr. Volkmar Kramarz. Dimitri later worked as a tutor in audio engineering and sound design at the University of Bonn and also served as an audio engineer for Kardinal-Frings-Gymnasium. Dimitri then worked as an editor for Technikjournal.de, an online magazine at Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences. Dimitri also had freelance roles as a web designer and developer, as well as an audio engineer and record producer. Dimitri then joined Bayer as an intern, where they focused on social media and executive support. Dimitri then worked at Covestro as the Global Social Media Manager before becoming the Head of AI Adoption. Alongside their other roles, Dimitri also served as a strategic advisor in marketing and communications for Secret Audio.

Dimitri Nadeschdin began their education in Semey, Kazakhstan, where they attended Middle School from 1991 to 2000 and received a Certificate of Incomplete Secondary Education. Dimitri later pursued further education at Abendrealschule Bonn, an Evening School, from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained Mittlere Reife, equivalent to GCSE. In 2005, Dimitri attended Weiterbildungskolleg Bonn (College of Further Education) for two years, completing their Allgemeine Fachhochschulreife, which corresponds to University Entrance Qualification. Finally, they attended Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences from 2009 to 2014, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Technical Journalism & Public Relations.
