Haihong Lu

Haihong Lu is a CSA lead engineer at Covestro since June 2021, previously serving as a project manager at Covestro Deutschland AG from September 2018 to June 2021. Prior to these roles, Haihong worked as APAC & Standards Development Lead and CSA lead engineer at Covestro Globe Engineering AG, as well as a CSA leader engineer at Bayer Technology and Engineering (Shanghai) Company. Haihong possesses extensive skills in preparing CSA (FEL) packages, maintaining working relationships with project stakeholders, and developing cost estimates and schedules for various engineering projects. Haihong began the career as a civil and structure engineer at the Shanghai Institute of Mechanical & Electrical after obtaining a master's degree from Xi'an University of Architecture & Technology in 2003.
