Heather Zaffuta

Heather Zaffuta has extensive experience in environmental, health, and safety (EHS) management, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Manager of HES Compliance and Management Systems at Covestro since September 2015, Zaffuta previously held managerial positions at Bayer, overseeing the HSE Audit Program from October 2011 to September 2015, and served as Director of Environmental, Health & Safety at Medrad, a division of Bayer Healthcare, from April 2004 to October 2011. Earlier roles include Environmental Engineer at HJ Heinz (2000-2004) and Project Manager at Environmental Resources Management (ERM) (1996-2000). Zaffuta holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Resources Management from Penn State University and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.
