Jeff Quinn

Jeff Quinn has extensive work experience in the transportation and logistics industry. Jeff started their career at UPS in 1986, where they held various management positions, including safety manager, business manager, and training manager. During their 26-year tenure at UPS, they demonstrated their ability to improve productivity, employee relations, and cost management. In 2013, Quinn joined Ned Bard & Son Co. as the Director of Human Resources & Safety, where they oversaw employee relations, staffing, safety, and compliance. In 2017, they moved on to Carlisle Carrier, LLC, initially serving as the VP of Operations and Safety before becoming the VP of Safety and Maintenance. Jeff played a crucial role in promoting the company's positive work environment for drivers. In 2020, Cowan Systems, LLC acquired Carlisle Carrier, and Quinn transitioned to the new company as the Regional Safety Manager. In this role, they were responsible for ensuring safety and compliance across multiple operations. Later that year, they were promoted to Vice President- Driver Safety Training & Support, where they strategically led the company's fleet safety program.

Jeff Quinn attended Hempfield High School from 1982 to 1986. Jeff then went on to attend Penn State University from 1986 to 1990, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication and Media Studies.
