Heather Stacey has over 25 years of experience in human resources, with a diverse range of roles in various industries. Heather is currently working at Cox Automotive Europe as the Head of HR Operations. Prior to this, Heather worked at Nestlé for seven years, where they held several positions, including Senior Project Manager, HR Policy & Compliance Lead, HR Data, Reporting, Policy & Compliance Lead, and OPP Lead for the Hire to Retire HR transformation program. Before Nestlé, Heather worked at Asda as a Functional Configuration Lead for the SAP HR transformation project and as an HR Business Partner. Heather also has experience at Barclays Wealth as a Senior HR Business Partner and at Harveys Furnishing as a Regional HR Manager. Heather's earlier career includes roles at Matalan, Homebase, and La Tasca. With their extensive background in HR, Heather brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every position they hold.
