Tim A. Kinsey

Tim A. Kinsey is an experienced leader in curriculum development and instructional design, currently serving as Director for Curriculum Development & Instructional Design at Cox Communications since January 2018. Previously, Kinsey held leadership roles at Verizon Connect, where a comprehensive enterprise-wide Learning & Development function was developed, and at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where advancements in lean management training significantly improved organizational performance. With a foundational background in various training and leadership roles at companies like Safeco Insurance and Macy's, Kinsey holds a BA in Communications & Marketing from the University of South Alabama and has pursued postgraduate training in Organizational Leadership at the University of South Carolina.
