Marie Dion Proux

Marie Dion Proux has extensive experience working in legal roles. Marie started their career as a Juriste au service Immobilière at Groupe Casino in 2009 and later worked as a Juriste in a contentieux role at DLA Piper in 2010. In 2011, they served as a Juriste PI - Chargée de développement de l'innovation at Chambre de commerce et d'industrie de Haute-Marne. Marie also worked as a Juriste at Cosy Home Immobilier, where they managed conflicts and disputes related to property and tenant issues.

From 2014 to 2017, Marie worked at BRICO DEPOT as a Juriste droit des affaires, specializing in competition and distribution law. Their responsibilities included drafting and negotiating various contracts and providing advice and training on distribution and competition law matters.

Marie's most recent position was as the Head of Legal at COYOTE, where they created and managed the legal department for the COYOTE group, spanning multiple countries. Their responsibilities included providing legal support and advice to the company's management and employees, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and handling litigation cases.

Outside of their legal roles, Marie also worked as a Project Manager for a year in Alabama from 2021 to 2022.

Marie Dion Proux's education history is as follows:

- From 2022 to 2025, Marie studied at the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, earning a Master 2 degree in Gestion des établissements sanitaires et médico-sociaux.

- In 2010 to 2011, Marie pursued a Master 2 degree in droit de la Recherche et valorisation de l'innovation, with a specialization in droit de la propriété industrielle, at the Université de Poitiers.

- From 2009 to 2010, Marie attended the Université Jean Monnet Saint-Etienne, completing a Master 1 degree in Droit des Affaires, specializing in droit de la concurrence.

- In 2008 to 2009, Marie obtained a Diplôme universitaire de Droit Américain from the Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III).
