Chel Nichols has a decade of work experience in graphic design, photography, and sales management. In 2021, they began working as a Graphic Designer at Monte Vista Christian School, where they prepared class activities to lead High School students' Design classes, designed web pages, brochures, logos, signs, books, magazine covers, annual reports, advertisements, and other communication materials to aid in awareness, and illustrated concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size, and style. In 2019, they began working as an Inventory Manager/ Graphic Designer at Harley-Davidson Motor Company, where they implemented creative direction and strategic guidance for campaigns, with a primary focus on retail, experiential, and digital environments, created an in-studio space for large-scale product photography and rapid image retouching, and raised the number of target keywords for the local dealership on Google results pages by 38%. In 2018, Chel worked as a Photographer at Cozymeal, Inc., where they coordinated with private chefs to ensure their profile was satisfactory and highlighted their character, and created visually impactful photographs of the chefs' culinary creations for marketing material across multiple platforms including Cozymeal, menus, and brochures. Chel also worked as a Food Photographer-Door Dash at Kokakit, and as a Freelance Photographer at Kirby Allison's Hanger Project, Iconic Group, Inc, Shutterstock Custom, and Iammanchic. In 2011, Chel began working as a Sales Manager at Hookah District, where they designed graphics and took product photos for promotional purposes, hired and trained evaluated personnel in sales and marketing, and reordered inventory before it drops below predetermined levels. In 2022, they will begin working as a Graphic Designer at Tailored Brands, Inc., where they will translate business strategies into elevated design solutions and marketing campaigns for Men's Warehouse, Jos A. Bank, and Moores, and partner with copywriters and production teams to create graphics, websites, emails, and print campaigns for a fast-moving Agile A/B testing team.

Chel Nichols obtained an Associate's degree in Web Page, Digital/Multimedia and Information Resources Design from Dallas College between 2019 and 2021. In 2019, Chel Nichols also studied Ui/ux at the California Institute of the Arts. Additionally, Chel Nichols has obtained two certifications: Visual Elements of User Interface Design from Coursera in 2021 and Art Director, Graphic Designer from Dallas College in 2020.
