Brandon Janowiak

Brandon Janowiak has extensive work experience in engineering and operational roles. Brandon began their career at Daniel Woodhead Company as a Custom Product Engineer from May 2000 to February 2006. Brandon then worked at Littelfuse as a Project Engineer from February 2006 to February 2010. After that, they joined Molex as a Project Engineer from April 2010 to July 2014 before being promoted to Senior Project Engineer until October 2017. Brandon then joined Interplex as a Senior Project Engineer in Mechatronics from October 2017 to May 2018. Brandon continued to advance their career at Cozzini Bros., where they held the position of Director of Engineering from May 2018 to March 2021. Brandon was then promoted to Vice President - Operational Excellence from March 2021 to February 2023. Currently, Brandon holds the role of Vice President of Engineering and Operational Improvement at Cozzini Bros. since February 2023. In their current position, they are responsible for leading and managing the engineering and operations teams, implementing strategies to drive business growth and efficiency, and fostering innovation and collaboration within the organization.

Brandon Janowiak received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial and Product Design from the University of Advancing Technology. Brandon attended the university from 1996 to 2000. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Engineering/Industrial Management at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville from 2004 to 2008.
