Sarah O’Neill

Sarah O'Neill is an experienced professional in human resources and people management, currently serving as the Executive General Manager of People and Culture at CPB Contractors since May 2023. Prior to this role, Sarah held the position of People & Culture Director for the Spark North East Link Tunnels D&C project, overseeing human resources for a consortium involved in Victoria's largest road project. Sarah's tenure at CPB Contractors also includes various roles as Human Resources Manager, focusing on significant projects and managing HR functions across multiple regions. Sarah began their career at Target and later transitioned to TP Human Capital, where expertise in HR recruitment was developed. Sarah earned a Bachelor of Business degree in Human Resources Management from James Cook University.
