Scott Paradise has extensive work experience in the engineering field. Scott started their career in 1995 as an Environmental Engineer at Canadian Pacific Railway and held various positions, including Manager Structures Maintenance and Manager Track Maintenance. Scott progressed to higher roles such as Service Area Manager, Chief Engineer, and General Manager. In 2009, they briefly worked as Chief Engineer at DM&E Railroad before returning to Canadian Pacific Railway. In 2016, they became Chief Engineer - East Region. Before joining Canadian Pacific Railway, they worked as a Staff Engineer at Remediation Technologies (RETEC) from 1992 to 1994.
Scott Paradise attended the University of Minnesota from 1986 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering.
