Paula L. is a seasoned professional in the creative services industry with over two decades of experience. Currently serving as Principal at Lanwell LLC since January 2011, Paula specializes in developing strategically-driven advertising campaign concepts for global and national brands, collaborating with both ad agencies and in-house marketing teams. Prior to that, Paula worked as a Creative Services Specialist at plworx from 2003 to 2011, providing tailored creative services to small to medium-sized ad agencies and in-house marketing managers. As Vice President at Conwell & Laniado, Inc. from 1999 to 2003, Paula successfully developed and launched a consumer beverage brand, The Big Easy iced tea. Earlier career achievements include a role as Co-Creative Director at TBWA\Chiat\Day from 1996 to 1999, focusing on global and national brand promotions.
