Ashley Glotzer

Director, Senior Counsel at CPS Energy

Ashley Glotzer began their work experience in 2002 as an Administrative/Legislative Assistant for the Texas House of Representatives, where they assisted with legislative operations and procedures. Ashley then worked as a Law Tutor at St. Mary's University School of Law from 2004 to 2006. From 2008 to 2012, they served as a Senior Discovery Specialist at Deloitte, providing legal advisory services to federal attorneys and government agencies. In 2013, they joined the Texas Office of the Secretary of State as the Legal Director of the Elections Division, where they prepared written communications and election directives. Ashley then became an Assistant Attorney General at the Texas Attorney General's Office from 2017 to 2018. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as a Division Chief for the City of Austin. In 2021, Glotzer became the Chief Counsel for Capital Metro and is currently the Director, Senior Counsel at CPS Energy starting in 2022.

Ashley Glotzer completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from The University of Texas at Austin in 2001. Ashley then pursued a Juris Doctor degree in Law from St. Mary's University School of Law, graduating in 2006.
