John Soltau, DBA, has a diverse and comprehensive work experience across various industries. Their most recent position was as the Director of Strategic Alignment Planning & Performance at CPS Energy, where they facilitated the development of a five-year strategic objective and balanced scorecard for the organization. John also built and managed an investment portfolio exceeding $800M.
