Mike Clemons

Mike Clemons serves as the Managing Principal of Strategic Talent and Executive Acquisition at CPS Energy since April 2016, where leadership efforts focus on enhancing the organization's talent pipeline across various levels, including interns and specialized professionals in Information Technology and Engineering. Previously, Mike held several leadership roles in talent acquisition, including Vice President at Amer Technology, where the firm provided IT consulting services, and CEO at both Clemons Dynamic Resources and Clemons Castillo & Associates Inc., focusing on talent solutions and executive search. Mike’s extensive experience also includes roles at ECI, Robert Half Finance & Accounting, Allstate Insurance, and Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business History from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
