Helen Sworder

Helen Sworder has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Research collaborator at the University of Bristol in 2010. Helen then worked as a Chalet Host at Skiworld Ltd from 2012 to 2013. Following that, they were an Au Pair at Agent Au Pair from 2013 to 2014. In 2014, they worked as an HR Intern at Keynote Systems.

Helen began their career with Virgin Media Business in 2015, joining their Graduate Scheme and completing it in 2017. Helen then held various positions within the company, including Business Manager to Operations Director from 2018 to 2019 and Transformation Programme Manager from 2019 to 2021.

In 2021, Helen moved to Virgin Media O2, where they initially worked as a Transformation Manager from June to December. Helen then assumed the role of Business Capability Product Owner from December 2021 to August 2022. Helen recently joined Egg as their Head of Marketing and Commercial in August 2022, and their current role is ongoing.

Helen Sworder completed their education history with a B.Sc in Psychology (with a year-long placement) from the University of Bath, starting in 2008 and graduating in 2012. Helen also attended Park House School and Sports College from 2001 to 2008, where they obtained their A-level in English Language, Geography, and Physical education. In 2014, they briefly attended the College of San Mateo to study Business Management. Additionally, they earned certifications such as Prince 2 foundation from PRINCE2 Professional in December 2016, a PADI Advanced Diving certificate from PADI in July 2013, and became a Level 1 England Netball Coach certified by England Netball in June 2007.
