Aileen Stephenson

Aileen Stephenson has extensive experience in digital marketing and communications. Aileen is currently working at Cradlepoint as the Sr. Director of Digital Marketing. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Digital Marketing at Cradlepoint and was responsible for optimizing the customer experience on their website.

Before joining Cradlepoint, Aileen worked as a Principal at 42 Inklings, where they collaborated with thought-leaders to execute strategic projects.

Aileen also served as the VP of Client Services at CSTMR, a digital marketing firm specializing in financial services and fintech companies.

Earlier in their career, Aileen held positions as a Marketing Communications Manager at Xora and Gearworks, where they developed and managed national marketing programs and worked with channel partners.

Aileen also worked as an independent marketing consultant, providing services to clients in the entertainment industry.

Aileen's diverse work experience also includes roles in marketing and promotions at Kataphonic and as a Business Representative at Professional Musicians Local 47. Aileen began their career as a Systems Administrator at Interlock Structures.

Aileen Stephenson earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, which they attended from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Performance - keyboards from McNally Smith between 1996 and 1999. Aileen also holds an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts, which they obtained from Anoka-Ramsey Community College from 1991 to 1994. In addition to their formal education, Aileen has obtained certifications in "Social Interactions for Multinational Teams" and "Inclusive Mindset for Committed Allies" from LinkedIn in November 2022 and June 2022, respectively.
