Jason Criddle

Jason Criddle has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jason started their career as a Furniture Sales Associate at OfficeMax in 2001. Jason then worked as a Customer Service Representative at DIRECTV from 2002 to 2004. After that, they became an Insurance Agent at HealthMarkets, Inc., where they were responsible for running a small health insurance agency. From 2006 to 2008, Jason worked as a Certified Professional Representative at Allstate, acquiring new policies and managing existing plans.

In 2008, they joined Blue Cross of Idaho as a Direct Sales Representative and later became a Customer Advocate II in the phone-based customer service department. Jason then worked at Employment Resource Services as an Account Representative, developing and maintaining business relationships with employers and assisting job seekers.

In 2015, they joined Cradlepoint as an Inside Sales Representative, where they achieved significant sales growth in their territory. Jason was promoted to Manager, Inside Sales in 2017, overseeing a team of inside sales representatives and focused on coaching and developing the team. In 2018, Jason became the Manager of Inside Sales for the Canada region, responsible for the strategic direction of the sales team and collaboration with other departments to maximize team growth and reach.

Additionally, Jason has worked as a freelance writer and content editor, providing services in various areas such as speech writing, training programs, consumer reviews, marketing creatives, technical content, poetry, and fiction.

Jason Criddle earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Northwest Nazarene University, where they attended from 2011 to 2014. In 2015, they pursued additional education in Technical Sales/B2B Consulting at the Consultative Sales Academy, completing the CSC program. Jason then furthered their sales knowledge in 2017 at the same academy, obtaining a CSCC (Consultative Sales Coaching Certification). Jason also attended Boise State University from 2001 to 2002, studying General Studies. In addition to their formal education, they hold various certifications, including Resident Producer Licenses in Casualty, Property, Disability (Health), and Life, obtained through the Idaho Department of Insurance.
