Karen Hartsell

Karen Hartsell has a diverse work experience in partner programs and marketing. Karen is currently serving as the Senior Director of Global Partner Programs & Success at Cradlepoint since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President of Partner Marketing, Programs & Events at Versapay from November 2020 to December 2022. In August 2020, Karen worked as a Partner Strategy Consultant. From 2018 to 2020, they held the position of Developer Partner Program Director at Intuit. At Intuit, they also served as the Head of QuickBooks Connect Sponsorship Programs from 2015 to 2018 and was responsible for the Head of Global Accountant Partner Programs from 2012 to 2015. Karen started their long-term career with Intuit as the Head of Emerging Partner Marketing & Program Strategies from 2008 to 2012. Before their time at Intuit, Karen worked at PGP Corporation as the Director of WW Partner Programs & Marketing from 2005 to 2008 and at Mirapoint Inc. as the Director of Field & Partner Programs from 1999 to 2005. Karen began their career in the industry at Check Point Software Technologies, where they held the position of Manager of Partner Programs from 1997 to 1999. Karen joined the industry in 1989 as a Partner Program Manager at 3Com Corporation, where they played a key role in developing their channel neutral sales compensation plan and overseeing various partner programs.

Karen Hartsell obtained their education in the field of Business Administration at San Jose State University from 1987 to 1991. Their degree focused on Finance and Economics.
