Mauricio Steffen

Mauricio Steffen has a diverse work experience. Mauricio started their career in 2012 as a Technical Support Representative at Cradlepoint and later became an Enterprise Support Engineer. In 2015, they transitioned to the role of Manager, Global Services & Support. From 2018 to 2020, they served as a Product Manager, focusing on Branch Solutions. Mauricio then advanced to the position of Senior Product Manager before becoming the Manager of Product Management in 2021. Currently, Mauricio holds the position of Director of Product Management at Cradlepoint. Prior to their work at Cradlepoint, Mauricio worked as a Correctional Sergeant at the Idaho Department of Correction from 2000 to 2011.

Mauricio Steffen completed their education in a chronological order. Mauricio began their studies at the College of Western Idaho in 2011 and obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences in 2013. During the same period, they also earned an Associate of Applied Sciences degree in Information Technology from the same institution.

Following that, Mauricio attended Boise State University from 2013 to 2015, where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Business/Corporate Communications.

In addition to their degrees, Mauricio also obtained several certifications in the field of Information Technology. In 2013, they completed certifications such as Security+ from CompTIA, Microsoft Certified IT Professional: Server Administration on Windows Server 2008, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate: Windows Server 2008, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist: Windows Server 2008 Network Infrastructure Configuration, and Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist: Windows Server 2008 Active Directory Configuration from Microsoft. In 2014 and 2015, they achieved CCNA Routing and Switching and CCNA Security certifications respectively from Cisco.
