Rob Mickey

Rob Mickey's work experience begins in 1988 when they worked as a Student Programmer at The Ohio State University. From there, they went on to hold various roles in different companies. In 1993, they worked as a Systems Engineer at SynOptics Communications, followed by a position as a Switching Specialist at Bay Networks from 1995 to 1997. Rob then worked as a Switching Specialist at Nortel Networks for a brief period in 1998.

Starting in 1998, Rob Mickey worked at Vertical Networks/Vertical Communications as a Principal Consultant until 2006. Following that, they worked as a Consultant for Vertical Communications from 2007 until September of the same year. In October 2007, they joined ADTRAN as a Systems Engineer before transitioning to Juniper Networks in April 2008. At Juniper Networks, their roles included Sr. Systems Engineer, Interim SE Manager, and Sr. Systems Engineer once again.

In 2013, Rob Mickey joined Aruba, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company, where they held the positions of Systems Engineer and later Systems Engineering Manager until February 2021. Rob then moved to Cradlepoint in 2021, where they served as the Sales Engineering Manager for the Central Area before being promoted to the position of Senior Sales Engineering Manager in July 2022.

Rob Mickey graduated with a BS degree in Computer and Information Science from The Ohio State University in 1998.
