Melanie Goddard

Melanie Goddard has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. In 2000, they began their career as a People Manager (logistics) at Asda Stores Ltd. Melanie then moved to Wolseley in 2004, where they worked as a Regional HR Manager. In 2006, they joined DHL Supply Chain, where they held roles as a Senior HR Business Partner - DHL Supply Chain Consumer Division, Head of HR Operations, and HR Business Partner. In 2018, they moved to Domino’s Pizza UK & Ireland Ltd as a Senior HR Business Partner - Supply Chain. In 2021, they became a National HR Business Partner at Jungheinrich UK Ltd. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed Head of HR at Cranfield Aerospace Solutions.

Melanie Goddard has an education history that includes a BSc in Psychology from Lancaster University from 1984 to 1987, an ILM 7 in Executive Coaching & Mentoring from the British School of Coaching from 2016 to 2019, a Chartered Fellow from CIPD Qualifications, OPP - MBTI, and 3 A levels from Girls High School, Newport, Shropshire. Additionally, they obtained an Executive Coach certification from ILM in May 2019.
