Alexis Delaney

Alexis Delaney is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in operational leadership and cultural development. Currently serving as the Director of Culture and Director of Operations at Crawford Hospitality since March 2022, Alexis previously held the position of General Manager at Crawford and Son from October 2020 to March 2022. Prior to that, Alexis worked with Union Square Hospitality Group in various roles including General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Service Director from September 2017 to September 2020. Additional experience includes positions such as Service Manager at The Culinary Institute of America and Restaurant Supervisor at Orlando World Center Marriott. Alexis began culinary training at The Culinary Institute of America, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts/Professional Studies from 2011 to 2014.
