Mark Petoskey

Mark Petoskey is currently the Chief Revenue Officer at Crawford Technologies. Prior to this, they served as the Vice-President of North American Sales at M-Files Corporation from January 2018 to December 2022. During their time with the company, they were responsible for leading a world-class sales organization in North America, overseeing North American sales growth, and reorganizing the North American channel sales organization. Mark also drove the North American expansion strategy and successfully penetrated new Professional Services markets in North America. In addition, they oversaw and led the North American integration of new sales methodologies to support rapid growth, as well as the transition from a perpetual license model to a SaaS license model while maintaining revenue growth.

Mark Petoskey's educational career would include completing an executive development program in general management certification from the Texas McCombs School of Business, earning a Bachelor of Arts in international business administration from DePaul University, and finally obtaining a Master of Science in management science from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Mark Petoskey reports to Ernie Crawford, President & CEO. They work with Ron Sheets - Facility Manager, Document Accessibilities Services Division, Scott Baker - Executive Vice President, and Tim Ciceran - VP, Technical Services.
