Hilda Kosorus has a comprehensive work experience in various roles related to data science, artificial intelligence, and research. Hilda started their career as a Research Assistant at Johannes Kepler University in October 2010 and worked in this position until July 2013. Hilda then took up the role of Senior Research Scientist at the same university from August 2013 to September 2015. After that, Hilda joined Runtastic GmbH in October 2015 as a Senior Data Scientist, holding the position until February 2019. Hilda then worked as a Senior Data Scientist at Raiffeisen Bank International AG from February 2019 to October 2019. Hilda later joined Crayon in November 2019 as an AI Advisor, and in November 2020, they became the Head of Data Insights at the same company. Currently, they hold the position of Director Data & AI CoE EMEA at Crayon, starting in November 2021.

Hilda Kosorus pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Babes-Bolyai University from 2005 to 2008. Hilda then completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the same university from 2006 to 2009. Following this, Hilda obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from Babes-Bolyai University from 2008 to 2010. Hilda also attended Johannes Kepler Universität Linz, where they earned a Master's degree in Computer Science from 2009 to 2010. Continuing their education, Hilda obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Artificial Intelligence from Johannes Kepler Universität Linz from 2010 to 2013. Additionally, they obtained several certifications from Microsoft, including AZ-300 Microsoft Azure Architect Technologies, AZ-301 Microsoft Azure Architect Design, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, and twice Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate in 2020 and 2021 respectively.
