Kris Desmet

Kris Desmet has extensive work experience in engineering and project management roles. Currently, Kris is the Senior Director of Client Services for SlateXpace at CRB, starting in March 2022. Prior to this, Kris worked at Takeda from 2019 to 2022, holding positions such as Head of Engineering and Director of Global Engineering - Head of Front End Engineering Design. Before joining Takeda, Kris worked at Shire as the Director of Global Engineering - Head of Front End Engineering Design from 2016 to 2019. Kris also held the role of Director of Global Engineering - Discipline Engineering (Upstream Process) at Baxalta in 2015 and Baxter International Inc. from 2014 to 2015. Additionally, Kris has experience in various engineering positions at Baxter International Inc. from 2006 to 2014 and at Anheuser-Busch from 2000 to 2006.

Kris Desmet holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Northridge. Additionally, Kris has also completed a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the same institution.
