Jhonathan Maestracci

Jhonathan Maestracci has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Jhonathan started their career at Hotel Continental as an Analyst in Administration and Accounting, where they were responsible for managing invoices, payments, and supplier requests. Jhonathan also served as the Head of the Uniform Department, handling uniform distribution and inventory management.

After working at Hotel Continental, Jhonathan joined Swissport as the Deputy Head of the Purchasing Department, focusing on budgeting, supplier negotiation, and process improvement. Jhonathan then moved on to Cofidis España, where they worked as an ATC & Debt Collection Manager, ensuring effective debt recovery and managing customer relations.

Following their time at Cofidis España, Jhonathan joined Creamfinance Spain as a Collections Team Lead. In this role, they guided and supported the team in achieving their objectives, analyzed department performance, and communicated strategies and results.

Currently, Jhonathan is working as an Operations Team Lead at AvaFin, a position they started in September 2022.

Jhonathan Maestracci pursued their education at the Universidad Central de Venezuela from 2008 to 2013. During this period, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Business Administration and Management.
