Elena Naumova

Elena Naumova has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Starting in 2010, they worked at OTP Credit as a Project Manager in the product and processes development department, where they successfully implemented a Front-End system for issuing credits at points of sales. Elena then moved on to OTP Bank (Russia) as a Project Manager in the Department of Credit products and processes development, where they completed internal projects and developed business requirements for new products. In 2011, they became the Head of the network development department at OTP Credit. From 2013 to 2014, they served as the Director of the retail product department at Joint Stock Commercial Bank Nadra, overseeing the development and launch of various retail products. In 2015, they joined Terrasoft as a Project Manager and presale engineer, leading large teams and managing each phase of the software development lifecycle for various clients. In 2018, they worked at ATOL as a Project Manager, successfully implementing strategic projects such as CRM and Service Desk. Elena also served as the Project Director at B2B Bank from 2018 to 2021, supervising the bank's strategic projects and providing monthly updates on issues and risks to the CEO. Currently, Elena Naumova holds the position of Head of Innovation at Creatio, starting in November 2021.

Elena Naumova completed their Master's degree in Economics at the East-Ukrainian National University named after V.I.Dal from 2001 to 2006. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including the ICAgile Certified Professional from ICAgile in October 2021, Agile for Project Control from the University of Maryland in August 2019, Project management foundation based on ANSI PMI PMBoK v.6 & Agile Practice Guide from The Bauman Moscow State Technical University (Computer Training Center "Specialist") in 2019, and PMI-ACP Certification: Planning and Monitoring Iterations from Sorin Dumitrascu, Udemy.
