Jonathan Jacob

Jonathan Jacob has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. Jonathan started their career as a Temporary Regional Coordinator at Banco Santander, where they managed meetings and assisted in finding staff. Jonathan then moved on to work at TT Games Ltd as a QA Tester, responsible for testing games in development. Next, they joined Microsoft as a Test Associate, focusing on regression testing and bug maintenance. After that, they worked at HCL Technology as a Functional Lead Tester, leading a team of testers and ensuring high-quality testing for Xbox One titles. Currently, they are working at Creative Assembly as a Senior Quality Assurance Lead, managing QA testing for DLC products and patching for Total War: Warhammer III. Jonathan collaborates with production and development teams to mitigate risk and ensure product delivery.

Jonathan Jacob received their National Diploma in Graphics Design Triple award from Swindon College from 2003 to 2005. Jonathan then pursued a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Multimedia at the same institution from 2005 to 2007. Following that, Jonathan completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Creative Computer Games Design at Swansea Metropolitan University from 2007 to 2010.
