Sarah Howell

Sarah Howell is the current Head of HR at Creative Assembly, a position they have held for 3 years and 4 months. Prior to their current role, Sarah was with Creative Assembly for 2 years and 5 months as HR Manager and HR Business Partner. In their role as HR Business Partner, Sarah supported the Total War business area and worked closely with Business Leaders to develop key objectives, including leadership development, onboarding and resourcing, employer branding and performance management.

In this role, Sarah was responsible for talent management, succession planning, graduate scheme, working with external partners to improve employer brand, and facilitating training events to imbed high performance working amongst teams. Additionally, Sarah advised managers and staff on issues of employment legislation, reviewed learning and development needs in line with business objectives, provided support to lead and influence change at a strategic level across the business, managed the employee life cycle process, and maintained data within SAP database.
