Dayo Awode

Dayo Awode has a diverse work experience in the field of Business Intelligence and Analytics. From 2019 onwards, they worked at Creative Australia as the Director of Business Intelligence and Analytics. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Business Intelligence at the same company. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at Primary Health Care Limited in various roles such as Lead Data Architect, National BI Manager, and BI/Data Warehouse Manager. In 2017, they worked as a Consultant at Analytics8 specializing in Microsoft BI. Before that, from 2014 to 2017, they were the Head of Application Solutions at Jaiz Bank PLC. Their earlier experience includes working as a Senior Solutions Developer at FirstBank Nigeria from 2011 to 2014, and as a Database Administrator/BI Developer at Infosight Limited from 2008 to 2011.

Dayo Awode completed a short-term program in Digital Transformation (Blockchain, IoT, CyberSec & Cloud) at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2019. Additionally, Dayo holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from the University of Lagos. Earlier in their education, Dayo earned a degree in Computer Science with Mathematics from Olabisi Onabanjo University. In terms of certifications, Dayo has obtained a multitude of certifications from various institutions, including Microsoft, Oracle, and others. Some of the notable certifications include the Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Project Management Professional (PMP), and ISO 27001 Lead Implementer.
