Judith Butler

Judith Butler has worked in various roles within the human resources and employee relations field. Judith'smost recent position was as the Director of Human Resources and Facilities at Creative Australia, where they focused on strengthening partnerships and collaborations within the creative sector. Prior to that, they served as a Human Resources Business Partner at Village Roadshow and as a Senior ER Consultant at Employee Relations Strategies Pty Ltd. Judith also has experience as an Employee Relations Consultant, Group Manager of Human Resources at Bounty Mining, and an IR Consultant at Coal Services Pty Limited. Earlier in their career, they held positions at EnergyAustralia, including Manager of Industrial and Employee Relations, Media and Parliamentary Officer, and Employee Relations Officer. Judith also worked as the Committee Secretary at Newcastle Art Space - Hunter Artists' Gallery and as a Human Resources Advisor at EnergyAustralia.

Judith Butler completed a Bachelor of Business (Honours Class 1) degree at the University of Newcastle from 1997 to 2001. Judith then pursued a Master of Labour Law and Relations (MLLR) degree at the University of Sydney from 2007 to 2009.
