Duane Wilson

Duane Wilson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in education, innovation, and continuous improvement. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at the Boys and Girls Clubs of St. Joseph County since March 2020, Wilson has also been a core faculty member at the Creative Problem Solving Institute since 2012. Prior roles at the University of Notre Dame included Adjunct Instructor and Program Director for multiple initiatives, focusing on innovation and entrepreneurship, along with providing Lean Six Sigma consulting services. Additionally, Wilson contributed as an adjunct faculty member at the Pheil Innovation Center and has experience as an Administrator/Teacher for the South Bend Community School Corporation. Wilson's educational background includes degrees from Park University and Whitworth University.
