Kimberly Sherer Cutchall

Kimberly Sherer Cutchall is a seasoned executive and founder of Ultd., where Kimberly serves as Chief Executive Officer, helping leaders and teams realize their potential. Kimberly has a significant presence in multiple organizations, including as a member of the Chief and a Council Member with Gerson Lehrman Group. Additionally, Kimberly has held various leadership roles, including positions on the Board of Trustees of The Hobby Center and The Fay School, and as a Founding Board Member of the Pink Bows Foundation. Kimberly's previous roles include President of Talent Plus, Inc. following the acquisition of Accendo International, which Kimberly founded in 2009. Kimberly has also contributed to international discussions on leadership and innovation, and holds a PhD in International Business and Leadership Development from The International School of Management, as well as a BA in Communications and Psychology from Stephen F. Austin State University.
