We have scaled to 40 million+ monthly page views, over 20 million listed products and 20000+ active designers.

Creative Fabrica is on the lookout for a strategic, detail-oriented Head of FP&A to guide our financial planning, budgeting, and analytical efforts.

As an integral member of the extended leadership team, you will be instrumental in shaping financial strategy, enhancing forecasting accuracy, and providing valuable insights that drive our business decisions. This is a broad role, with a 360 understanding of the company. In that role, you will manage an FP&A analyst and report to Thomas, our COO.

Responsibilities:

Forecasting and analysis

  • Develop financial models and forecasts to guide strategic decisions, focusing on aligning budgetary guidelines with the company's long-term goals.
  • Engage in detailed forecasting of the company’s P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet.


Strategic financial business partner 

  • Partner with senior management to deliver data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to support their operational and strategic initiatives, helping to optimize performance and profitability.
  • Partner with senior management to build senior management and board reportings.

Business performance tracking

  • Create monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and operational reports.
  • Evaluate business performance against financial, strategic, and operational targets, identifying key metrics and unit economics.

Ad-hoc analytical assignments 

  • Deliver critical analyses for decision support, including scenario planning and investment analysis, to inform key initiatives and strategic investments.
  • Operational Efficiency & Cost Reduction: specialized in enhancing processes, implementing systems, and identifying significant cost-saving opportunities to boost organizational efficiency
  • Tackle complex, ad-hoc analytical tasks, showcasing a proactive and hands-on approach to challenges.

Team management and collaboration

  • Mentor and lead an FP&A analyst, cultivating a high-performance team environment.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships, supporting and integrating with other finance team functions. 

Your Profile:

  • 8+ years in finance, including 2+ years in investment banking or consulting.
  • Previous FP&A role experience within a SaaS/Subscription, preferably B2C environment.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Google Sheets, and NetSuite.
  • Expertise in financial statement analysis and complex financial modeling.
  • Demonstrated ability in data and business analysis.

You have:

  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proactive problem solver with the ability to manage complex projects independently.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with a knack for distilling complex information.
  • Comfortable working in an international environment.
