Vyacheslav Rulkov

Vyacheslav Rulkov is currently the Head of creative production at CM Games, where they are responsible for coordinating the production of creatives for mobile games, implementing CRM systems, budgeting, and optimizing production processes. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Media Buyer promoting mobile games on various platforms such as TikTok, Snapchat, Applovin, and Unity. With experience in promoting applications on Facebook and working with different verticals, Vyacheslav has a strong background in media buying and creative production for mobile apps. Their education includes a Master's degree in Business Informatics and a Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics from Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University and SPb GTI, respectively.
