Jenai Payten, MHRM, is a seasoned professional in human resources and talent acquisition with extensive experience in various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Recruiter at Credit First National Association since May 2019 and as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Kent State University, Jenai is involved in human resources, training and development, and professional development. As a self-employed Talent Acquisition Consultant, Jenai focuses on employee engagement, talent management, and process improvement. Previous roles include Talent Acquisition Specialist at The MetroHealth System and Human Capital Analyst at the Ohio Department of Mental Health & Addiction Services.
