Erin Ablaza

Erin Ablaza currently serves as the Lead Learning & Development Specialist at Credit Union of Texas, a role held since June 2022, and previously worked as a Talent Development Specialist at the same organization. Prior experience includes serving as a Special Education Teacher at Plano ISD from July 2019 to May 2022, and at Allen ISD and Brockton Public Schools before that. Erin has a strong background in analyzing participant performance, designing effective training resources, and managing cross-functional projects. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Special Education and Teaching from Endicott College and a Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Bridgewater State University.
