Karen Sandhof

Karen Sandhof is the current VP, People, Performance & Delivery at Creditas. Prior to this, they were the Product & Operations Director at EBANX from December 2020 to March 2021. Before that, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Raizes do Campo from November 2019 to November 2020. Karen has also held the position of Director Portfolio Management at ThoughtWorks from August 2018 to January 2019, and Head of Operations from March 2015 to January 2019. Additionally, they have served as Delivery Principal at ThoughtWorks from September 2014 to March 2015, and IT Manager at TecBan - Tecnologia Bancária SA from May 2007 to July 2014.

Karen Sandhof has an MBA in Business Administration and Management from FIA, a Master of Science in Software Engineering from Universidade de São Paulo, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo. Karen also has certification from Black Belt - Six Sigma.

They are on a team with Fabio Zveibil - VP, Business Development, Miguel Rodrigues - CFO, and Vicente Rezende - VP, Marketing. Karen Sandhof reports to Sergio Furio, Founder & CEO.
