Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Computer Science from The American University in Cairo and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree, also in Computer Science, from the same institution. Yomna has also obtained additional certifications, including the ACLS Emerging Voices Fellowship from the American Council of Learned Societies (ACLS) in 2020 and completed the "Introduction to User Experience Principles and Processes" course on Coursera in the same year.
