Rashi Dhandia is a seasoned research professional with extensive experience in consumer insights and strategic analysis, currently serving as Research Director at MetrixLab since May 2017. Rashi has a strong background in both quantitative and qualitative research across various domains, including innovation, brand communications, and media effectiveness, additionally engaging clients in the CPG and digital sectors. Prior to MetrixLab, Rashi worked with Unilever as Assistant CMI Manager, contributing to the global innovation team for Beauty & Personal Care Brands, and held roles at Nielsen, L'Oréal, and Ogilvy & Mather, focusing on product innovation, marketing strategies, and consumer behavior analysis. Rashi holds a Master of Business Administration from Singapore Management University, a Graduate Diamonds degree from the Gemological Institute of America, and a Bachelor's degree in Management Studies with a focus on marketing.
