Jose-Miguel M. has a wealth of experience in the field of human resources and information security. Jose-Miguel began their career in 2005 as a Systems/Network Administrator for Windermere CCRGI, where they supported over 400 workstations in 11 different locations. In 2012, they joined Concentric as a Senior Manager Cyber Security Services, where they updated network security policies and redesigned clients' networks. In 2016, they joined Rubica, Inc. as Head Of Human Resources and VP of Business Ops & Security, where they organized and directed all aspects of people development, supervised and coordinated work activities, and strategically planned milestones and KPIs for business operations and InfoSec. In 2020, they joined CSNP as a Board Member and Director Of Education (Volunteer), and Code Fellows as an Advisory Board Member. Jose-Miguel also joined Concentric as Managing Director, where they were responsible for the security risk consultancy for private clients. In 2021, they joined Esper as Senior Director of People, where they analyzed and modified compensation and benefits, revamped the recruiting process, and overhauled the total benefits package. Jose-Miguel is currently the Head of People & Culture at Credo.

Jose-Miguel M. has a Master's of Science in Technology in Information Security from the University of Advancing Technology, which they obtained in 2008. Jose-Miguel also has a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix, which they obtained in 2007.
